What should I do if my luggage is lost?
If you lost your luggage or suffered any damage during your trip, don’t worry, here are the steps so we can evaluate your case and our customer service team can provide you with a solution as soon as possible. To process the claim you will need:
- ● Contact us within 72 business hours of completing your trip.
- ● Have on hand the luggage tag you were given when you checked your bag.
RedCoach may recognize a total baggage liability of up to $250.00 per adult ticket and $125.00 per child ticket. If your checked baggage is worth more than this amount, RedCoach will not be able to pay more than the mentioned amount. This applies to bags that meet our weight and size standards. Liability applies only to those lost or damaged bags that were checked in. RedCoach is not responsible for unchecked bags.
