Pretty easy to get to, right at the Miami Airport. Bought the ticket online and dropped a friend there. Would have been 5 stars except for 2 things: no place to drop off without the passenger having to cross busy Airport terminal lanes of traffic, and shelter from sun/rain and shelter seating are pretty small. RedCoah experience is good...easy and relatively inexpensive way to travel.

I've used them from Dallas to Houston and back. The bus was clean. It was a direct ride. We stopped one time for 10 min on the way there. The seats are comfortable and recline. I slept well. We were back in around 3 hours. I couldn't ask for more
