How to manage my booking?

You can do it online and you don’t even need to be registered!

Step 1

Seats & Luggage

Visit our Manage Booking page, enter your booking number and email to pull up your booking details easily.

Step 2

Select your ticket

Choose the ticket you want to change or cancel. Please note that you can only change the time and date, but not the destination.

Step 3

Update your ticket

You can change your ticket by selecting a new date and time, cancel it to receive a voucher, or adjust seats and add-ons to your booking.

Step 4

Pay any extra cost

If there’s a price change, just pay the difference. If you cancel or have a credit left over, you’ll receive a voucher to use it whenever you decide.

Frequently asked questions

Will I get charged for changes or cancellations?

You can change your ticket online without any fees, only paying the price difference if applicable. If you make changes over the phone or via SMS, there will be a $6 fee.

If you cancel your ticket, you will receive a voucher for the full value of the ticket, excluding any fees.

I did not use my ticket, can I cancel it or use it another day?

No, changes and cancellations must be requested up to 3 hours before departure. After this time, the ticket will no longer be valid and cannot be refunded or used on another day.

However, you have the flexibility to adjust your plans and make changes within this 3-hour window, so you can get the most out of your ticket if something comes up!

Can I transfer the ticket to another person?

Tickets are non-transferable. However, we offer the benefit of allowing you to cancel your ticket up to 3 hours before the departure time. You will receive a voucher and can then repurchase the ticket with the new passenger’s information.
