It’s very easy to find your service code! This information is essential for tracking your trip and finding your bus. Here’s where you can locate it:

• In your ticket: You’ll see your service number right at the top of your ticket.
• In your email: We’ll send you two reminder emails—one the day before your trip and another two hours prior to departure. Both emails will include your trip details and service code.
